Khpal Kor Hostel Daily Report System:
The daily report of Khpal Kor accommodated orphan children are being prepared regularly.
In every activtities all the chidlren are being counted by the relivent group commander and room monitors.
The daily report consists on the following categories.
1) Absent children in Morning prayer.
2) Absent Children in Morning exercise.
3) Name with reason of the children who don't attend the school.
4) Absent children in noon prayer.
5) Absent children in religious education.
6) Absent children at after noon prayer.
7) Absent children in evening prayer.
8) Absent chilren in night prayer.
9) Absnet or late during breakfast, lunch and
10) Name of blunder committed chidren.
11) Most clean room of the day.
12) worst clean room of the day.
15) Best children of the day.
This report is being prepared daily on regular basis by the Hostel warden. A special register and white board has been made for this purpose.
In the end of the month a result is prepared. The best room of the month and best children of the month are pointed out. Special awards are been awrded to them of some a local pcinics are arranged for the winner room and stars of the hostel. When any children who commite a bulnder in a day has to put his name in the category of best child of the day otherwise he will have to face sanctions of entertainments and sport as punishement due to his bluners. One best can erase one blunder. If those children whose blunders were more then the bests points will be restricted from entertainments. This activity is very useful as alternative to physica and psychlogical punishment. and maintaining the discipline of the hostel.
Besides this report other competitions among the hostel children are also held. i.e competition of physical cleanliness, bed keeping, cupboard keeping, morality, obediency, punctulity, Uniform cleaning, Most caretaker of bag and books,properly home work maintainer, competition of room monitoring, commanding and social work. The monthly realsut of these categories are also prepared and so the annual result of these competition are prepared. the special long tour of Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad are arranged for the winner in each categories.
