Houses System
All the students of Khpal Kor Model School have been grouped into three houses. This is meant to help the students in preparing them for various curricular and co-curricular activities like, sports, quiz, speech, skits and notional songs competitions. Regular inter house sports, quiz, speech and national songs competition are held ad per schedule of the school calendar.
The houses with their respective housemasters are:-

2 Naseem Aurang Zeb House
3 Cha Cha Karim Bakhsh House
SPORTS AND GAMES
Khpal Kor Model School provides better opportunities to all the students to take part in exta and co-curricular activities. Sports and games are the essential part of education. Khpal Kor Model School has a will equipped sports rooms which provides facilities to the students of KMS Games life football, Cricket, Volleyball, Table tennis, Basketball, Badminton and Gymnastics are played.
Inter house sports competitions are held regularly as per the schedule of school calendar and trophies certificates are awarded for excellence performance.
Khpal Kor Model School brought good name in the inter schools district level sports tournament.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
In order to promote and literary capabilities of the students, regular inter house debates quiz Naat, National Songs, Qirat and skits competition are held. The students of Khpal Kor have got great esteem and have got prizes not only in the local or district competitions but in the national level they have shown great performances and got prizes.
Study tours and exertions are also arranged for the students of K.M.S to visit different historical and famous places of Pakistan. The school day begins with the morning assembly attend by all the students and faculty members. It includes recitation of the Holy Quran, Hamad, Naat, tip of the day, National Anthem and Iqbal Prayers.
