Mr. Yousaf Khan was the member of Swat Scouts Open Group. At the end of his annual exam he participated annual traffic week celebration along with
40 other scouts in Mingora city. The inaugural day of scout traffic week was celebrated safely and uccessfully. But on the very second day Mr.Yousaf Khan was performing traffic duty at Kachehry Chowk in the entrance of District courts.
